A 15 year old boy,name Lucca, who is a kind, sweetsoul and nonviolent kid, bent down to pick up the cell phone of another boy who was also wrongly arrested. The phone fell out during his arrest, he did not want it to get broken. Before he could stand up the officer sprayed him with pepper spray, then proceeded to brutally assult him.
These kids where gathered at a local Mc-Donalds after school when police showed up. Lucca broke no laws, unarmed, nonviolent. Police then charge him with assult on an officer and resisting arrest. Niether of these statements is true, these police officers laid fake charges on him.
